I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to this place on Đội Cấn Street, I almost missed it completely. It’s tucked into one of those narrow alleyways (ngõ 210, if you’re following along on Google Maps) that Hanoi does so well, and from the street you’d never guess what’s waiting inside. But that’s actually part of the charm here.

The moment you step through the door, you realize why they call it a “smart home” – and I mean that in the best way possible. Everything just works seamlessly, from the keyless entry to the way the lights adjust throughout the day. The owner clearly thought about what travelers actually need, not just what looks good in photos. There’s proper blackout curtains (thank god, because Hanoi mornings start early), USB ports exactly where you want them, and the air conditioning that actually keeps up with Vietnam’s humidity. You know what really impressed me though? The little details. Like how there’s a proper full-length mirror – sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how many places skip that. And the shower pressure is honestly better than my apartment back home.

Location-wise, this is where it gets really good. Ba Dinh district isn’t the touristy circus that the Old Quarter can be, but you’re still walking distance from everything that matters. The night market on Phố Cổ is maybe fifteen minutes on foot, but honestly, some of the best food is right in your neighborhood. There’s this incredible bún chả place about three blocks away that locals line up for – no English menu, just point and smile. And if you need to get around the city, you’re perfectly positioned. Grab a Grab bike to Hoan Kiem Lake in ten minutes, or walk to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum when you’re feeling ambitious. The area gets refreshingly quiet at night too, which is something you’ll appreciate after a day of navigating Hanoi’s beautiful chaos.

What really sets this place apart is that it feels like staying at a friend’s apartment rather than a sterile hotel room. The design hits that sweet spot between modern and cozy – think clean lines but with actual personality. And the host responds to messages faster than my own family does, which comes in handy when you’re trying to figure out Vietnamese coffee culture or need restaurant recommendations that aren’t in every guidebook. Fair warning though – the alleyway can be a bit tricky to find on your first go, especially after dark. But once you know where you’re going, you’ll love having this little oasis to retreat to. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to extend your stay in Hanoi, which, let’s be real, isn’t the worst problem to have.

  Căn hộ đúng chuẩn “vừa tiện nghi, vừa tiện lợi”. Ban công đón nắng mỗi sáng, buổi tối lại yên tĩnh dễ chịu giữa lòng thành phố sôi động. Rất phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng hay đi công tác ngắn ngày.

  Căn hộ ở vị trí siêu trung tâm, nội thất thiết kế gọn gàng nằm trong khu phố yên tĩnh về ban đêm và nhộn nhịp về ban ngày, điểm ấn tượng lớn nhất là căn hộ có ban công, cửa sổ thoáng , ánh sáng tự nhiên, xung quanh có nhiều cửa hàng ăn và siêu thị mini tiện ích.
  Đặc biệt là hướng dẫn nhận phòng đơn giản, thông minh, chủ nhà giao tiếp tốt và rất thân thiện và chu đáo.
