  The host is friendly, responsive, and service-orientated. He helped me to get to the appartement by bringing me on his motorbike to the appartement. The place was exceeded my expectations. The location is very close to Vincom plaza.

  Very pleasant stay, Management and staff were very helpful.
  The room was clean and newly refurbished fully loaded with hot water, fridge-freezer kitchenette with single induction hotplate, electric kettle, washing machine, free wifi in the room and at the parking lobby. Everything I needed which made my stay very convenient.
  Outside had a variety of local cafes, food stores and 500 metres away you have malls, massage and gyms.
  Also away from the main road so no traffic noise.

  Very nice, modern room, with kitchen and washing machine. Easy check in and the staff were available whenever I had a query, private room.

  Quiet at night/no street noise or lights. Bed was good. Staff were very nice, obliging, understanding, helpful, polite. Large refrigerator. Had the toothbrushes+mini toothpaste.
  
  What could be improved: Technically a kitchen, but only 2 glasses, hot plate, and kettle. Nothing to actually cook or eat with. Some of the fixtures and wiring seemed liable to come out of the wall soon. You get what you pay for I guess.
