Khá dễ dàng để nhận căn hộ, phòng được dọn dẹp sạch sẽ, mình có yêu cầu một căn yên tĩnh và đã được hỗ trợ. Nhìn chung thì chất lượng tốt đáng để quay lại lần nữa. Giá cả ở đây khá cạnh tranh với các nơi khác. Nếu so về chất lượng phòng và độ riêng tư sẽ có thể so sánh với một khách sạn 4 sao nhưng chi phí thấp hơn rất nhiều. Tuy nhiên khoảng cách từ khách sạn đến phố cổ sẽ khoảng 5km di chuyển khoảng 15 phút hơi bất tiện nếu ai đến Hà Nội với mục đích du lịch phố cổ. Có thể hỏi thêm các bạn nhân viên thêm về các địa điểm du lịch gần khách sạn, mình đã đi đến một làng lụa gần đấy.
