As for the accommodation itself, the unit is spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed with comfort in mind. Every detail reflects a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this place checks all the boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

  We arrived 5 days before check in to drop off our bags until check in, and that was completely fine. When we came back to check in, we were being told we were upgraded to a suite room with balcony, which was very nice. The room was really big, and the bed and AC were comfortable. It is right in the center, so everything is around, but the noise from the party streets didn’t make it into our room.

  The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They organised a trip to Halong Bay for us as well as transfers to the airport.
  They organised a rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a few sundowners on the shared rooftop.

  The place is near to restaurants, market ,shops and walking distance to the lake and train strret.
  The staffs are friendly, helpful and especially Tao assisted us to booked a limo van going to the Incence Village and airport. Our room was upgraded.

  Property is located in the heart of old quarter, short walk to pretty much everything. Our also had a very nice view of old quarter.
  
  What could be improved: A little noisy at night. But that’s what you get when you’re in heart of old quarter. Also, breakfast was located a block away in a backpackers hostel. But breakfast was very good.
