The kitchen setup is solid too – I ended up cooking a few meals because, well, why not? There’s something satisfying about picking up ingredients from the local markets and having a proper space to use them.

What really won me over though is the location’s sweet spot factor. You’re far enough from the Old Quarter chaos to get decent sleep (and trust me, if you’ve stayed near Hoan Kiem Lake, you know what I mean about the motorbike symphony at 5 AM), but close enough that a quick taxi ride gets you anywhere you want to be. The Cau Giay area has this lived-in feel – there are coffee shops where you’ll be the only foreigner, street food vendors who remember your order after a couple days, and actual grocery stores instead of just tourist-trap convenience marts. Plus, honestly, the air feels a bit cleaner here than in the dense city center, which your lungs will appreciate after a few days of Hanoi’s… let’s call it “character-building” air quality. The building itself is quiet – I was worried about noise levels in a residential complex, but the soundproofing is surprisingly good. My only real gripe is that the elevator can be a bit sluggish during peak hours when residents are coming and going, but that’s pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.

  love the room designs and very comfortable to stay. Perfect for a quiet place to rest and there are close malls if you want to shop. The facilities are great too which makes it nice to stay.
