You know what? I wasn’t expecting much from an apartment rental with such a clunky name, but this place on Nguyen Khuyen completely surprised me. The location is honestly perfect – tucked into one of those narrow alleyways (ngõ 115, if you’re looking) that feels authentically Hanoi without being too far from everything. I mean, you’re still in Dong Da district, so you can walk to the French Quarter in about 15 minutes, but you’re not dealing with the constant motorbike chaos of the Old Quarter streets.

The “nice view” part isn’t marketing fluff – from the upper floors, you actually get this great perspective over the neighborhood’s mix of old colonial buildings and newer constructions. What I loved most was sitting by the windows in the morning with coffee, watching the street vendors set up below and the whole district come alive. The apartment itself is genuinely spacious by Hanoi standards, and I appreciated that they didn’t cram furniture into every corner like some places do. The two bedrooms are actually separate rooms (not just curtained-off areas), which makes a huge difference if you’re traveling with friends or family.

The parking situation deserves special mention because, honestly, finding a place to park in central Hanoi can be a nightmare. They’ve got dedicated spots, which saved me so much stress – no circling blocks looking for street parking or negotiating with random parking attendants. The building itself is well-maintained, though you’ll hear the typical sounds of Vietnamese city life (motorbikes, street vendors calling out, construction during the day). If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs, but it’s not worse than any other central location. Check-in was straightforward, and the host actually gave me useful local tips instead of just handing over keys. The kitchen is properly equipped too – I made breakfast most mornings and even cooked dinner a couple times instead of eating out constantly. Only minor complaint is that the wifi can be spotty during peak evening hours, but that’s pretty standard for this part of the city. For the price point and that 9-star rating, it definitely delivers on being a comfortable home base for exploring Hanoi.

  We stayed here with two families (4 adults and 3 little kids) and had a fantastic time. The apartment was very spacious, spotless clean, and comfortable — it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved the washing machine and dryer. The air conditioning works well too.
  
  We especially loved the location — tucked away on a quiet side street surrounded by local apartments, it felt authentic and peaceful. It’s a bit further from the Old Quarter, but we actually preferred that for the calm atmosphere. There were plenty of great local restaurants within walking distance too.
  
  The only downside was the check-in process. Despite giving our arrival time, we had to wait for over an hour to get in which was a bit frustrating. That said, the host was friendly once we got in and explained that they had a problem with the air conditioner which was the reason for the wait.
  
  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to other families looking for space and a quieter location in the city.

  Extremely well designed space with really good facilities. The staff were prompt and courteous always. Very professionally run! It is abt a 30min walk from Old Quarters so relatively peaceful.
  
  What could be improved: The small middle bedroom is nice and cosy but could have better ventilation or a fan. We opened the vent and that made it better but then a lot of nearby apartment noise and voices would be heard late jnto the night.

  Love how clean and modern the apartment was. The value for money was great and the location is super central and right by the old town. We could walk everywhere.

  Best thing is the location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.
  
  What could be improved: The only complaint we had was the bathroom in the master bedroom did not have hot water and was not attended to.

  Super spacious with a nice living room and two balconies. Free filtered safe drinking water. Very nice toilet. Good TV. Very helpful staff.
  
  What could be improved: Very arduous check in process with multiple forms to complete and sign, effectively a full tenancy agreement, check-in took around half an hour. Was told we can pay with card, but only found out when we were there that we needed to go out again to get the 2M deposit in cash.
  Sofa bed was also just a sofa, not a sofa bed and the spare mattress provided on request was very thin to the point of basically needing to be placed on top of the sofa.
