The building management is pretty strict about noise, so you won’t have neighbors blasting karaoke until 2 AM like in some other areas. The wifi held up well for video calls back home, and honestly, the air conditioning was a lifesaver during those brutal August afternoons. Getting into the city takes about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic, but the bus connections are actually pretty reliable from the main gate.   Выбрали квартиру из-за того, что в Хошимине жили в квартире от этого же застройщика и поэтому долго не думали, сразу выбрали этот вариант.
  
  What could be improved: Много-много плесени, от чего мы болели почти все время, пока там находились.
  Не хватает шторки или ограждения для душа.
  По правде говоря, от предыдущих жильцов осталось некоторое количество грязи: много волос, много мусора между кроватью и ограждением, много жирных пятен на стенах около плитки и входной двери, невозможно грязный чайник и раковина в ванной.
