The rooms themselves are well-designed – not huge by Western standards, but they use the space smartly with built-in storage and a work desk that’s actually functional if you need to get some laptop time in. The air conditioning works properly (which, let’s be real, is crucial in Hanoi’s humidity), and the shower has decent water pressure. I stayed on the fourth floor and could hear the morning motorbike symphony from the street below, but it wasn’t overwhelming – more like white noise that reminded you where you were.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the hotel feels like it understands travelers rather than just tourists. There’s a small business center that’s open 24/7, the WiFi actually works throughout the building, and they’ll help you book motorbike tours or reserve tables at local restaurants without trying to upsell you on overpriced packages. The breakfast spread isn’t massive, but they do a solid phở alongside continental options, and the coffee is strong enough to prepare you for a day of navigating Hanoi’s beautiful madness. Walking to Lotte Tower takes about fifteen minutes if you need serious shopping, but honestly, you’re better off exploring the narrow streets around Hoàn Kiếm Lake, which is just a pleasant stroll away. The 8.5 rating this place gets makes sense – it’s not trying to be the fanciest hotel in the city, but it nails all the things that actually matter when you’re using a place as your home base for exploring Vietnam’s capital.

  What could be improved: No double window glass, very noisy during the night, can hear little noise from the street. The bed is hard and every movement is making noise.

  Fantastic staff and facilities. Breakfast choices may be limited but the food is good quality. It sits a little outside the old quarter but Grab taxis are inexpensive. Surrounded with good shops e.g wine cellar next door and good quality laundry around the corner.

  This is an apartment still rental at a great city location. bed room, bathroom and kitchen is really nice, espeically for those who travels with family or friends.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast was order (included) and it was delivery to the room. Staff told me that so I dont have to wait for it at the dinning hall. Quality was good, but for those looking for a nice buffet style breakfast, this may disappoint you.
