The whole “open view” thing isn’t just marketing speak either; they’ve got these floor-to-ceiling windows that make you feel like you’re floating above the water. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being in Hanoi – I mean, we’re talking about a city where motorbikes are basically the soundtrack of life, but somehow this spot feels removed from all that chaos. The soundproofing is actually incredible, or maybe it’s just the way the building sits relative to the street.

The suite itself feels properly luxurious without being stuffy about it. You’ve got space to spread out (which, let’s face it, is rare in Hanoi accommodation), and everything’s been thought through in a way that suggests someone who travels a lot designed this place. The kitchen setup is small but functional – perfect for making morning coffee or storing those late-night bánh mì runs from the vendors on Kim Mã. Speaking of location, you’re genuinely well-positioned here. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the Temple of Literature if you cut through the right streets, and honestly, being in Ba Dinh means you’re in the heart of things without the Old Quarter tourist madness. The local phở place about three alleys over – I won’t tell you exactly where because it’s tiny and always packed – but it’s some of the best I’ve had in the city.

What really sold me on this place was the attention to small details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The shower pressure is fantastic (trust me, this matters more than you think in Vietnam), there’s proper blackout curtains for those jet-lagged mornings, and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing. The staff… well, they’re not hovering over you, but when you need something, they know their stuff. Check-in was smooth, and they actually gave useful local recommendations instead of just pointing you toward tourist traps. I’d definitely come back – actually, I’m already planning to book it again for my next Hanoi trip. It’s one of those rare places that manages to feel both special and comfortable at the same time.

  Good location, spacious and clean studio. Really nice and quiet place. Good value for money. I’d definitely book this again. Host is super nice too and responds quick. Free use of washer and dryer is a big plus. Early check in was no problem. Good safe place for your motorbike.
