The building itself has this clean, modern facade that doesn’t try too hard to be flashy – it just looks like a place where you’d actually want to spend a week.

The thing about this hotel is that it gets the details right in ways that matter when you’re dealing with Hanoi’s intensity. The rooms are genuinely quiet (no small feat when you’re in a city where motorbikes start their symphony at 5 AM), and the air conditioning actually works – I’m talking about that deep, cold relief you need after walking around in Vietnam’s humidity. The staff here seems to understand that foreign guests need more than just a smile and a key card. They’ll actually draw you a map to the good pho place three blocks over, or explain why taking a taxi during rush hour is basically signing up for a very expensive meditation session. There’s a small park nearby where locals do tai chi in the mornings, and the street food vendors around here haven’t inflated their prices for the tourist crowd yet. The hotel sits close enough to Lotte Tower that you can walk there for some serious shopping or those international food chains when you need a break from Vietnamese cuisine, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the construction noise and traffic madness. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no upselling, no complicated explanations about amenities I didn’t ask about. Just efficient service from people who seem to genuinely know their neighborhood well enough to give you directions that actually work. That 9.5 rating makes sense when you realize this isn’t trying to be the fanciest place in Hanoi, it’s just trying to be the most livable one.

  Great property and very good value. The location is about 15min walk from various points of the city where you would like to be.
  The rooms were very clean and modern and smart tv was a bonus bit of Netflix in the evening never hurts.
  Bed was extremely comfortable and wifi was good.
  Staff were extremely friendly some of the best I’ve encountered in a long time.
  Slight hiccup on checkout was resolved very quickly and professionally.
  One issue is the building site next door is noisy atm at all hours of day and night. Hopefully it’s finished soon, then this hotel would be perfect. I will stay again next time in Hanoi

  The staffs were all amazing and so helpful, and all of them. And the location was superb, close to the night market and really good restaurants and so affordable and so good.
  I would only check the drainage in the shower as it's slow to get rid of the water.
