It’s chaotic in the most charming way possible, and you’ll find yourself weirdly protective of the organized chaos once you’ve been there a few days.

The Wi-Fi doesn’t randomly cut out during video calls (trust me, I tested this extensively), the shower has proper water pressure – which honestly feels like winning the lottery in some Hanoi accommodations – and there’s enough space to actually unpack your suitcase instead of living out of it for a week. The kitchen setup is legit too, not just a mini-fridge with delusions of grandeur. I actually cooked a few meals there, partly because the nearby wet market on Nguyễn Công Trứ has incredible produce, and partly because sometimes you need a break from phở for breakfast (controversial opinion, I know). The air conditioning works without sounding like a helicopter landing, which is more rare than it should be. The whole place feels like someone’s actual home that they’ve thoughtfully prepared for guests, not a sterile rental unit with zero personality.   Big and clean room. Convenient self-checkin, close to the city center
  
  What could be improved: Few washing machines and dryers at the top floor, but every day they were heavilly used, so it wasn't that easy to have a chance to use them.
  I booked a room with city view, but got a room with no view (I saw a wall outside, no sunlight)

  Das Appartement ist super geräumig und absolut sauber.
  Die Betreiberin in immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit, beantwortet alle Fragen und fragt so lange nach, bis man den Self-Checking geschafft hat. Gatte dadurch einen sehr angenehmen und stressfreien Aufenthalt in Hanoi.

  Das Eingangstor ist etwas seltsam. Wenn man es einmal raus hat kein Problem, aber bei erster Ankunft schon etwas knifflig.

  What could be improved: We were hassled for passport pics even before we arrived,they even suggested we let cleaning lady take our passport. Wouldn't accept credit card only wanted cash, told us we would have to pay another 10% if we wanted reciet .stayed 5nights apartment was only serviced once in that time. Noisy block are there appears to be a lot of kids who permanently live there. They advertise every apartment has a balcony (see pics included). There are much better options in hanoi I wouldn't recommend these appartments.

  Căn hộ có đầy đủ đồ dùng như một ngôi nhà. Có đủ bếp, dụng cụ nấu ăn và bát đũa. Ở đây có cả máy giặt và máy sấy quần áo. Xung quanh đây còn gần các siêu thị, chợ và các hàng quán ăn uống. Hơn nữa đây lại còn là khu trung tâm gần Hồ Gươm, Lăng Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh, Hồ Tây, trung tâm thương mại,…
