Here’s what I love about this location – you’re right in Tay Ho but on one of those quieter side streets where you can actually sleep at night. I mean, you’re still close enough to walk to the lake (maybe 8-10 minutes to the water), but you don’t have motorbikes revving outside your window at 6 AM. The street itself is pretty tree-lined, which makes a difference when you’re looking out your room window. Speaking of rooms – they’re spacious, honestly bigger than what you’d expect for a 4-star in this area. The beds are proper comfortable, and I appreciated that they had blackout curtains that actually worked. You know how some places claim blackout but there’s still light bleeding through? Not here.

What really sets this place apart though is the little stuff they get right. The wifi actually works throughout the building – I was video calling from the hallway without issues. Breakfast has decent pho alongside the usual international options, and honestly, their Vietnamese coffee game is strong. The rooftop area gives you some nice views of the neighborhood, especially in the evening when things get quieter. Parking’s available if you’re brave enough to drive in Hanoi (though honestly, grab works just fine from here). The elevator’s quick, which sounds minor until you’re on the 8th floor with luggage. Check-in was smooth – they had my room ready even though I arrived around noon, and they stored my bags without any fuss when I checked out late. One small thing – the air conditioning can be a bit loud, but it actually cools the room properly, which I’ll take over quiet but useless AC any day. Overall, it’s one of those places where you can tell someone’s actually thinking about the guest experience rather than just going through the motions.

  What could be improved: Location is too far from town. No good restaurant to eat around
  The owner of the apartment was supposed to meet us upon arrival but almost 20mins we were looking for the exact location.
  Towels, bedsheet. comforter all is not clean

  The apartment looked amazing on the pictures, location was great and was good value for money.
  The facilities were impressive as it was very modern and with clear instructions.
  The point of contact was very helpful guiding us to get to the property and facilitate all necessary information.
  
  What could be improved: Even though the apartment on the surfa e look amazing the lack of cleaningness was vast. We found spider webs everywhere in the curtines and balcony.
  Wine glasses were not clean and we had to put them in the dishwasher to make use of them.
  Upon arrival, the security guard was not able to talk to us in English and it took a little longer to check in than expected.
