Luxe Paradise Suites Hotel To Ngoc Van Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Luxe Paradise Suites Hotel To Ngoc Van, you immediately notice how they’ve managed to create something that feels both polished and welcoming. The lobby has this understated elegance — not trying too hard, but clearly thoughtful about every detail. What struck me most was how quiet it felt despite being in Hanoi, which honestly isn’t something you can say about many places in this city. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth, and I could tell right away this four-star property takes hospitality seriously.
The Tay Ho Advantage
The location in Tay Ho is actually brilliant if you know Hanoi at all. You’re tucked away on To Ngoc Van street, which gives you that residential feel while still being incredibly well-connected to everything that matters. West Lake is literally a few minutes’ walk — I mean, you can practically smell the water from the hotel. The neighborhood has this expat-friendly vibe with great cafes and restaurants nearby, but it’s not touristy in that overwhelming way the Old Quarter can be. Couples seem to get this location particularly well, and I can see why — it’s romantic without being isolated.
The Suites Experience
The rooms here are genuinely spacious, which is refreshing after staying in some of Hanoi’s more cramped accommodations. My suite had this lovely separation between the living area and bedroom that made it feel like an actual apartment rather than just a hotel room. The balcony overlooked the quiet street below, and honestly, having that outdoor space to drink morning coffee made such a difference. Everything felt clean and well-maintained — the kind of place where you can tell they actually care about the details, from the quality linens to the way the bathroom fixtures work properly.
Practical Perks
Here’s something that might not sound exciting but absolutely matters — they have free private parking on site. If you’ve ever tried to park in Hanoi, you’ll understand why this is actually a huge deal. The hotel’s location means you can easily drive to places like the airport or other parts of the city without dealing with the chaos of finding parking downtown. Plus, the staff seems genuinely knowledgeable about getting around the city, which saved me from a few tourist traps I probably would have wandered into otherwise.
Why Guests Love It
What really sets Luxe Paradise Suites Hotel To Ngoc Van apart is how it strikes this perfect balance between being accessible and being a retreat. You’re close enough to walk to excellent pho places and local markets, but when you come back to the hotel, there’s this sense of stepping away from the intensity that Hanoi can sometimes bring. The combination of the peaceful Tay Ho setting, genuinely comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful service creates something that feels more personal than your typical hotel stay. It’s the kind of place where you actually want to spend time in your room, not just crash there between sightseeing.
Hanoi hotels keep explorers close to imperial citadels, craft villages, and night markets humming till midnight.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and wanted to stay more, but had some changes of our plans…but! I want to say that it’s the best place we stayed in Vietnam so far. If we come back to Hanoi, we’ll definitely choose only this apartment!
Rooms are large, everything is clean, staff is amazing! OMG they are literally the kindest and understanding people! I was amazed by service and the price was reasonable.

The colonial-style decor of the room was very pleasant, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, which was greatly appreciated after a long day in the city. The location is perfect, close to Hue’s nightlife street with plenty of restaurants and cafés. Special mention goes to our host Hièn for her outstanding attention and help—definitely the best part of the homestay. She gave us many recommendations and even helped us arrange a driver to take us to our next destination, Hoi An, always attentive to our needs.
What could be improved: There is no elevator, which wasn’t a problem for us. In any case, they offer to carry your luggage upstairs.Tuong from Australia – 8 April 2025 (10/10)
Location was superb in Tay Ho. Opposite a beautiful little park. We stayed in a very new two bdr apartment, which was cleaned every 3 days.
The apartment was spacious and had great city views. Reception were very hospitable and receptive.Yasmine from France – 4 April 2025 (10/10)

The area is great and quiet.
The whole room is big enough for 4 people to stay comfortably.
You got everything you need in the room.
Washing and drying machines are working great.
The staff is super friendly and helpful.
What could be improved: The toilet and the cutlery were dirty when we checked in for the first day.
But the staff solved the problems right away after we talked to her.Anupa from India – 1 February 2025 (10/10)
It’s such an amazing stay. So pretty, comfortable and well maintained. The hosts are so humble and helping.

We did upgrade our room to two bedroom and it was amazing, so we came back again week after. Everything is new and nice, the area is the best in Hanoi for my opinion as it’s quiet and not far from central.
What could be improved: Construction was terribly noisy at 6am, also crazy neighbors in this hotel were screaming all night, but staff reacted quickly and was very helpful.Patrick from Ireland – 29 January 2025 (9/10)
I was pleasantly greeted by Yen at reception, she was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to accommodate me .
