  Clean comfortable and a good location for airport and a quieter part of the city but you can still walk in to the hustle and bustle. Nice views of lake and gardens nearby. It felt more residential.
  
  What could be improved: We were put in an apartment which was a few minutes walk from the hotel which I wasn't expecting. We did not feel part of the hotel which was a shame.

  My husband and I stayed here for one night The one bedroom apartment was very comfortable and really helped us relax and enjoy our stay in Hanoi.
  The location is only a minute walk to the lake and close to lots of great restaurants.

  Nice and clean apartment.

  Fully equipped with good TV.
  Guy on the reception is nice and very helpful.
  They stored our luggages for free during the last day.
  Placed in good, silent area, but not so far from good restaurants.

  Great location, the property has a lot of stuff for you to use (microwave, stove, fridge etc). Friendly staff. The rooftop bar definitely helped. Overall, such a great place I ended up coming back and staying again

  Really nice views. The apartment is completely furnished and new. It even has a washing machine, which is ideal for backpackers.

  Mr. Long, who is the receptionist, is really polite and nice.

  What could be improved: The property was fine , what I didn’t like much was the person who received us in the reception, not so friendly, and was not there sometimes when we need him, another thing , at almost 11 pm someone knocked on our door, according to him it was a person from Grab (Uber there) who insisted that we had left our passports in his car (obviously we hadn't seen him before) we tried to explain to him that we weren't, that's why we think there should be someone at the reception or control that no strangers enter at that time.
