  The hotel was in a great location in the Old Quarter, surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops while giving easy access to the immediate area.   Excellent value. Right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter with amazing restaurants, street food, shopping and convenience stores all near the hotel. Most major sightseeing points are within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great with good variety and delicious too (0630-0930). The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Toilets were fitted with Toto and very clean. The staff were courteous and very accommodating – particularly Robert and Jack. They also offer tour packages and a spa on site (unfortunately, we did not have time to utilize same). Would highly recommend staying at the Palago! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

  Very nice hotel, excellent rooms with everything you need. High standard. Very friendly staff, they kept one thing we forgot in the room for pick up after two days. Breakfast is excellent with a big selection of everything western and Asia style. Highly recommended.
