Location & Neighborhood

The location on Âu Cơ street in Hanoi‘s Tay Ho district is honestly one of those spots that locals know about but tourists often miss. You’re close enough to West Lake to actually enjoy it — not just glimpse it from a distance — and the whole area has this more residential, authentic feel compared to the chaos of the Old Quarter. What I really appreciated is that you can walk to decent restaurants and cafes without dealing with the tourist crowds, plus there’s parking right on site, which is honestly a godsend in this city.

The Suites

The room itself — well, it’s more like a proper suite, really — gives you space to actually live rather than just sleep. There’s a separate living area that doesn’t feel cramped, and the kitchen setup is surprisingly functional if you want to grab groceries from the local market and cook something simple. The whole place feels clean and well-maintained, with decent Wi-Fi and air conditioning that actually works properly. You know how hit-or-miss that can be in Vietnam.

Breakfast & Dining

The breakfast situation is pretty solid — they do both a buffet spread and grab-and-go options, which is smart because sometimes you just want to get out and explore rather than sit through a formal meal. The buffet has a good mix of Western and Vietnamese options, nothing too fancy but definitely fresh and well-prepared. I actually found myself looking forward to the pho in the mornings, which isn’t something I expected from a hotel breakfast. The apartment-style suites make it easy to enjoy meals in your residence as well.

What really makes this place work is that it strikes this balance between being professional and feeling like you’re staying somewhere with character. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay comfortable, and couples especially seem to appreciate the quieter location — it’s romantic without being overly precious about it.   The place is beautiful and nice.. everything is perfect 😘💛🤗 I highly recommend this place… probably gonna stay here again❣️❤️🤗 when we left our luggage, they allowed us leave them and get them anytime we want after our check-out. Paul and Cris are such hospitable persons..

  Everything was great ! Easy check in，peaceful and a hassle free stay all over .

  The living room and kitchen area was really good. Couch was super comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer. Staff was very friendly and helpful
  
  What could be improved: The bathtub didn't have any anti slip measures, making it hard to manage. Also only about 5 minutes of hot water, Ok for a shower but for a bath it meant taking over an hour to fill the tub

  The apartments were a good size with lounge/dining area, kitchen with combined laundry included.

  Good size bathroom except water pressure low.
  Located in The Westlakes area it was a ten minute walk into the restaurant and bar area, with plenty of selection
  Probably 20-30 min drive into the old quarter of Hanoi and central to most other attractions in Hanoi
  
  What could be improved: Given that these are advertised also as long stay accommodation I believe it would be worth just having some instructions on arrival for the short stays outlining things like how the TV , washing machine etc work, location of closet mini market etc
