I’ll be honest – when I first heard “apartment hotel,” I was picturing some sterile corporate housing situation, but Rosee completely changed my mind about that whole concept. It’s tucked away in Nam Trung Yên, which is actually perfect if you want to experience Hanoi like someone who lives there rather than just passing through. You know what I mean? The Cau Giay district isn’t where most tourists end up, but that’s exactly why it works so well.

The building itself has this modern, clean-lined look that stands out just enough without being flashy about it. What really got me was how quiet it is – and I mean genuinely quiet, not just “hotel quiet” where you can still hear every conversation in the hallway. The apartments (because that’s really what they are) have this lived-in comfort that regular hotel rooms never quite manage. The kitchenettes aren’t just for show either – I actually used mine, which never happens in hotels. There’s something refreshing about being able to make coffee exactly how you like it instead of dealing with those little packets. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout, which matters more than people admit when you’re trying to get work done or video call home.

Location-wise, you’re really well positioned without the chaos of the Old Quarter. Nam Trung Yên road has this nice mix of local spots and places that cater to the growing expat community in the area. There’s a decent coffee shop about a three-minute walk away that does proper Vietnamese coffee, and honestly, the street food around there is incredible – way better than the touristy stuff downtown. The metro connection isn’t terrible if you need to get to the center, though I found myself just enjoying this part of the city more than I expected. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven in Hanoi will tell you is basically a miracle. The staff seems to actually know the neighborhood well – they pointed me toward this little bánh mì place that I never would’ve found otherwise. That kind of local knowledge makes a difference when you’re trying to get beyond the surface of a place like Hanoi.

  Definitely recommend the Spa Bathtub, single tub included in the King Suite, if there is Double Bathtub I would vote 20/10 😍 I booked this apartment only because of the Spa Bath. Love the bubbles and the water jets !!!
  
  Location is perfect, close to shops, supermarket, great restaurants, offices and other services. Nice and helpful staffs that is available 24×7. Secure bike parking. Quiet and fast lift.
  
  Room with full glazing and view to the local park and tennis court. Being on highest level, this King Suite has the best view of the hotel.
  
  Plenty of robe space and storage. Large dining and living room suits family of 8 (although this is a 1 bed apartment). Sofabed in living. Saddle couch in Bedroom. Spotless bathroom with good shower and Spa Bath ❤️❤️❤️. Aircon and water was amazing. Feels like home!
  
  What could be improved: Overall nothing big to complain about. Hotel quality is decent, location is perfect for us. The staffs are nice and helpful. These are some small things we notice but not affecting our enjoyment much.
  
  The layout is with the bathroom across the living room. We have curtains drawn so not an issue. No TV in the bedroom so there is no Netflix and snooze. We ended up using the sofabed in the living room for many nights there, leaving the bedroom empty, or for sleeping only. The saddle sofa was stable and fun with some serious wiping before use, as a standard practice for any users. However it will be a bit tight on space when put in the bedroom. I was with the impression that the kitchen can be as equipped as other AirBnBs, reality hits me a bit. Nevermind, we have Grab Food. For those who wish to do their own washing, there are washing machines on the top floor, not within the aparment, so better call and check.

  What could be improved: They didn’t gave the room we booked available at arrival even though we booked it a while advance . We had to stay in another room with a sofa bed. Also staff know no English whatsoever so it was very hard to communicate

  Clean, affordable, close to the exhibition centres. Room was huge. 2× aircon to really keep the whole place cold.
  
  What could be improved: Cleaning staff were chilling & when I asked them for a toilet roll they weren't very happy since there was already one there. But I'm staying 3 nights so since they're outside my room I decided to ask for an extra. They also removed a towel which I placed on the floor without replacing it. I told her it's ok I put it there but she continued to remove it. I think that staff thinks she's my mommy 😂
  
  Their shampoo had a rotten smell. I think the shampoo was left in the bottle for very long & when I told them to change it, they simply refilled it so the rotten smell was still there🥲

  The Apartment and the Hotel Team. The location was close to my office and I really enjoyed my stay there. They provide with adequate utensils for cooking and everything required in the kitchen. There is a winmart groceries store close at about 500 meters distance and a Vegetable, Fruits, Flowers and meat market close by where you find everything that is required at very reasonable cost.
  
  What could be improved: They don't have the following:
  1) NO Complimentary Drinking water, Not a single drop.
  2) NO restaurant
  3) NO Gym
  4) No Safety Locker to keep your valuables.
  5) Stand to Iron the Clothes.
  6) No Soap in the washroom
