The apartment itself – and I mean, let’s call it what it is, this is basically a luxury apartment that happens to rent to travelers – feels genuinely spacious in a way that most Hanoi accommodations just don’t. You know how hotel rooms can feel cramped even when they’re technically decent sized? Not here. The living area flows nicely, and honestly, the kitchen setup is better than what I have at home (though I suppose that’s not saying much). What really got me was the attention to small details – proper blackout curtains that actually block the morning sun, decent water pressure in the shower, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine taking off. The building itself is pretty quiet too, which is saying something in a city where motorbike horns are basically the soundtrack of daily life.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the location gives you the best of both worlds. You’re in this modern development that feels almost like a little city within the city – there’s a decent coffee shop downstairs, a few restaurants within walking distance, and the Lotte Mall is close enough if you need to grab anything. But you’re also positioned perfectly to explore real Hanoi. The staff (well, the person who checked me in) actually knew the neighborhood and could point me toward the good pho place that locals go to, not the tourist traps. Parking was surprisingly straightforward if you’re renting a car, though honestly, in Hanoi you’re better off with Grab most of the time anyway. The 8.4 rating makes sense to me – it’s not perfect (the Wi-Fi got a bit spotty in the evenings when everyone’s streaming), but it delivers on what matters. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was in town for more than just a quick weekend and wanted somewhere that felt less like a hotel room and more like, well, actually living in Hanoi for a bit.

  What could be improved: The first day of arrival had problems accessibility how to use the combination to the door to get to the elevator. The room was poorly cleaned, and the bedding had stain marks. Had to get maintenance to fix the washing machine, the kettle wouldn't turn off they had to replace that. Netflix had asked if it worked. Needed to ask for the email and the password from the manager.
  Had to pay $200 v dong per day for room service if you wanted to. We washed our towels ourselves. Where a fittnes couple who likes to work out,the building does not have a gym. Five minute walk to the gym will cost you $200 v dong per day cheaper to buy a month.
  There certainly is some hidden cost staying at this apartment. Would I come back to this establishment again? Unfortunately, no!
  The owner of this apartment needs to really get his or her apartment to a higher standard and health safety policies in place.

  It is a good location to visit sightseeing in the central area, Ha Noi. Nice to pull over the motorbike at the parking lot in the basement. The host is so kind and gives fast feedback when you ask something, anything 🙂 It is quite clean and spacious.

  Difficile de Lire le premier code, ensuite 2ème code pour la clé.
  Une fois arrivé à la porte taper le code, mais où est le clavier ? On fini par trouver avec une réponse plus claire du propriétaire.
  La personne en charge du paiement n'est pas polie du tout, il veut juste être payé et s'en moque de savoir si tout va bien.
