What could be improved: – Phòng giá rất đắt nhưng không đáng với số tiền đã bỏ ra:
+ Giá 750k/ đêm nhưng phòng khá bé, giá này mà cũng không bao gồm ăn sáng.
+ Không hề có tủ quần áo, nên thay ra ko biết treo vào đâu.
+ Cái gương to oạch soi hết cả vào giường, ngủ rất sợ.
+ Địa chỉ rất khó tìm, mỗi anh tài xế chở đi là chở 1 đường khác nhau và có điểm chung là anh nào cũng chửi vì tìm ko ra địa chỉ (có 1 anh giải thích vấn đề quy hoạch ở đây kém).
– Giá phòng đã ghi rõ là BAO GỒM THUẾ PHÍ, nhưng khi yêu cầu xuất hoá đơn VAT thì phải trả thêm 10% thuế, mặc dù thuế suất bây giờ là 8%. Hỏi Lễ tân thì Lễ tân báo vì nhờ 1 bên thứ 3 xuất. Mình hay đi công tác nên hiểu nguyên tắc này, tuy nhiên cái này chỉ áp dụng cho những chỗ nhỏ và giá tầm 3-400k thôi; còn giá chát ntn mà bảo khách chịu thêm 10% thì quả thực không đáng.
