The building management clearly takes maintenance seriously; everything worked, from the card-key elevators to the surprisingly powerful shower pressure. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re surrounded by Hanoi’s endless construction symphony. The sound insulation is no joke – I barely heard my neighbors, which in Vietnam is honestly a minor miracle.

Here’s the thing though – this isn’t your typical hotel experience where someone’s constantly asking if you need anything. You get your apartment key, and you’re basically living like a local for however long you’re staying. The security is tight (maybe overly so – expect to show your ID every single time), but that means you can leave your laptop out without a second thought. The pool area gets packed on weekends with residents, but weekday mornings it’s practically empty. And honestly? The gym is better equipped than most standalone fitness centers I’ve been to. Location-wise, you’re about fifteen minutes from the city center by taxi, but the nearby Keangnam Landmark Tower has pretty much everything you need, plus there’s a decent coffee scene developing around here. The grab rides to downtown usually run about 60-80k VND, which isn’t terrible. I’d definitely come back – it’s one of those places where you can actually settle in and feel human instead of just passing through.
