The thing that really got me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between having your own space and getting proper hotel service. These aren’t tiny rooms either – we’re talking full apartments with kitchens that actually work (I made coffee every morning, and yes, there’s a decent supermarket about ten minutes away if you want to stock up). The building itself is pretty impressive, sort of modern in that sleek Vietnamese way, and the lobby doesn’t feel like you’re walking into someone’s residential building. The staff really knows their stuff too – they helped me figure out the bus routes to get into Old Quarter, which honestly saved me a fortune on taxis.

Here’s what really matters though: the location is actually brilliant once you understand how Hanoi works. Sure, you’re not stumbling out your door onto beer corner, but the metro connection is solid, and there’s something refreshing about coming back to a quieter neighborhood after dealing with the beautiful chaos of central Hanoi. The Convention Center area has this weird mix of business hotels and local life – you’ll see office workers grabbing lunch at the same pho place where families bring their kids. Plus, and this might sound random, but the air feels cleaner out here. Less motorbike exhaust, more actual breathing room. The apartment setup means you can actually spread out your stuff, do some laundry (there’s a washer!), and not feel like you’re living out of a suitcase. I ended up staying an extra three days just because it felt more like having a temporary home base than being stuck in hotel mode. If you’re doing more than just a quick Hanoi hit-and-run, this place makes a lot of sense.

  Can cancel last minute as payment is at location without upfront payment which suits last minute travel and changes, rationalize the higher prices for other option at the same place.
  Has a washing machine.
  
  Very near exhibition centers.
  
  What could be improved: They are a third party who contracted the Serviced Apartment so payment is done separately through local bank transfer or cash. Credit card may not work.
  
  Room aircon is pretty loud even in silent mode.
  
  Must ask for clothes Iron from reception.
