  Amazing breakfast, pho soup prepared every day, almost any request I had they cater for me. They even prepared a lunch box for us one day we left the hotel super early in the morning for an excursion.
  
  What could be improved: The price is just right for the room, the only thing that could be better is the ensuite bathroom is a bit old and small, but the location is close to everything, comfortable room size, and above all, the hotel staff friendliness and service is unbeatable and compensates for those minute details.

  This hotel provided a calm oasis amid the bustle and chaos of Old Hanoi. It is well situated to explore the interesting streets and temples of Old Hanoi. Good choice at breakfast and we had a pleasant room which was well equipped. The front desk was always manned with friendly and helpful staff
