  Ms. Mai- the owner went to so much lengths on making sure everything is provided to the guest. She helped me with booking a tour (she even paid it for me using her card and I paid in cash) and allowed me to leave my luggage for a night to finish an event outside Hanoi. Thumbs up to the owner. She speaks perfect English so you need not worry!

  It was quite suitable place for me if I had to stay in HN for a while and wanted to stay by myself, cook my own meals , and with very reasonable price. This area is quiet and clean and close to Tay Ho, which is a very convenient thing for me to either go to work in Au Co or visit nearby busier areas . The owner is such a friendly person. It was such a good time staying here. Long term or short term.
  
  What could be improved: I would like to stay in the room that has windows since the house is full so I had to stay in the first floor room. But it was fine though since It had kitchen and stuff. All good.
