The Wi-Fi actually works everywhere (tested it extensively while working from the couch), the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and – this might sound minor but trust me – the shower has proper water pressure and stays hot. The building itself is well-maintained, parking is straightforward if you’re renting a motorbike, and the whole check-in process was refreshingly smooth. I also noticed they keep the common areas clean without that overwhelming bleach smell you get in some places. The neighborhood has this nice residential vibe during the day, with locals going about their business, but it’s quiet enough in the evenings that you won’t be dealing with street noise until 3 AM.
