Quan Hoa isn’t touristy, which means you’ll be grabbing pho from places where you’re probably the only foreigner, and honestly, that’s when you know you’ve found the good stuff. There’s a little market about a five-minute walk away where I’d pick up fresh fruit and Vietnamese coffee – way better than paying hotel prices for breakfast every day. Getting around is pretty straightforward too; you can catch a taxi or motorbike taxi right from the street, and it’s not too far from the bigger districts when you want to dive into the chaos of Old Quarter or check out the lake area. The neighborhood gets quiet at night, which I appreciated after long days of sightseeing – you can actually sleep with the windows cracked without worrying about traffic noise keeping you up.

What really sealed the deal for me was how the staff handled things. Check-in was refreshingly simple – no hovering or overselling amenities I didn’t need. They gave me the key, showed me how the kitchen worked, and basically let me settle in like I was subletting from a friend. The apartment itself felt clean without that sterile hotel smell, and everything worked the way it should (which, let’s be honest, isn’t always a given when you’re traveling). I stayed for about a week and never felt like I was living out of a suitcase – there’s something about having counter space and a proper bathroom that just makes you feel more human.   My room was very clean and well-organised, and the staffs were nice
  
  What could be improved: It was unfortunately located near crowded streets, making it noisy all day round. Besides, I was asked to pay in advance, which I have never neither experienced at other properties on this platform. I'm not sure if I was the only one who experienced this discomfort. All good if this is a policy for all guests.

  This place does not include breakfast, they have a kitchen included, and we love to make our own food.
  The location is easy to find food and daily use.There are also big shopping mall nearby(5 – 10 min by taxi).
  The only thing that bothers us is downstairs at the entrance street is a garbage spot. It smells and bring lots of dust.
  Others ,everything are all good.
  
  What could be improved: The dusty street and garbagy on the ground on the front street.

  The location of the hotel is good. You can walk to Linh Lang street and Tomibun supermarket. In addition, the local morning market nearby is very lively and gives you a feel of Ho Chi Minh.

  The apartment is as advertised. It’s spacious, clean & comfortable. The lady on reception was extremely nice & helpful. I would recommend this apart hotel. Very good.

  Good value for money. Cleaning done often. Lots of space in the apartment. Quiet. People on reception always friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The location is near the road, so quite a lot of exhaust may get in. Also had some smells in the kitchen ventilation when people were cooking next door (probably). Nothing too bad though.
