You know what caught me off guard about Bunnys Homes? The name makes it sound like some quirky boutique place, but it’s actually tucked inside Vinhomes Ocean Park — which, if you haven’t been to this part of Hanoi, is basically this massive planned community that feels like stepping into a different world entirely. I mean, you’re still in Vietnam, but suddenly there are wide boulevards, manicured parks, and this artificial lake that honestly looks pretty impressive at sunset.

The place itself sits right in the heart of this development, and I’ve got to say, the WiWi management really knows what they’re doing. Check-in was smooth (they actually had my reservation ready, which isn’t always a given), and the staff spoke better English than I expected. The rooms are what you’d call modern comfortable — clean lines, decent Wi-Fi that actually works for video calls, and these floor-to-ceiling windows that make the space feel bigger than it is. The beds are firm but not rock-hard, and they’ve got blackout curtains that’ll save you if you’re dealing with jet lag. One thing though — the walls aren’t super thick, so if you’re a light sleeper, maybe pack some earplugs just in case you get neighbors who like late-night TV.

What really sells this place is the location within Ocean Park itself. You can walk to the lakefront in about five minutes, and there’s this whole promenade where locals go jogging in the evenings — it’s actually pretty nice to watch the scene unfold. The shopping complex is right there too, with a decent supermarket (handy for grabbing snacks or toiletries), some solid Vietnamese restaurants, and even a few international chains if you’re craving familiar food. Getting into central Hanoi takes about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, and honestly, sometimes it’s nice to come back to this quieter bubble after dealing with the beautiful chaos of the Old Quarter. The taxi drivers all know Vinhomes Ocean Park, so you won’t have those awkward moments trying to explain where you’re staying. I stayed here during shoulder season and the whole area felt pleasantly lived-in without being crowded — families out with kids, people walking dogs, that sort of everyday life that makes a place feel real rather than just touristy.

  Great location — even though it's a bit outside the city, everything you need is nearby: cafes, food, and a shopping mall. There are free shuttle buses within the neighborhood and also to the city center. The building is new, and all the furniture is brand new too. Very comfortable stay.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside is there's no washing machine. The host offers free laundry service — they take your clothes and return them the next day, which is a nice gesture, but not very convenient. It would be much better to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Also, there was nothing at all to clean the floor, not even a broom.

  1. Its little away from the Old quarters. Specially in the morning it takes around an hour to reach Opera House which but the distance in actual is of 15-20 mins only. Obvious, this is due to morning traffic. So be early, if you are planning to catch your Bus from Opera House for your day tours.
  2. The washroom does not have lock from inside. 😁😁😁

  We stayed there for 2 nights and had a nice stay. The room was clean and comfy, good wifi, and the property manager was very easy to deal with and replied promptly if we had any questions. It is Conviently located near the beach and has lots of shops, coffee, and restaurants nearby.

  Homestay is cute, quiet, clean. The host is enthusiastic and friendly. It is worth coming back!
  The people here are enthusiastic and supportive, everyone, if you need anything, just message in the group and they will bring it out. I also read a lot of reviews but found many things that are not true about Bunny's Homes. Wish you guys success in Stat Up.

  Location was Good.. A lot of marts and ATMs are nearby…Place is so beautiful…Apartment is nice and comfy as looking in the pic…Above my expectations…Washroom is good…View was very good…
