The rooms themselves are pretty solid for a 4-star – nothing fancy, but the beds are comfortable and everything works, which honestly isn’t always a given in this part of town.

What really sold me on this place was how it sits right in that sweet spot between convenience and character. You’re maybe a 5-minute walk from the lake and all the main sights, but you’re also surrounded by actual Hanoi street life – the morning coffee vendors setting up their tiny stools, the motorbike symphony that starts around 6 AM, the whole rhythm of how this city actually works. The hotel feels like it belongs in the neighborhood rather than just being dropped there for tourists. Sure, it’s not the quietest location if you’re someone who needs total silence to sleep, and the elevator is one of those old-school tiny ones that fits maybe two people if you’re friendly.   Great location for being in the best area to walk around to explore. Day or night this is in the middle of a happening spot. Super cheap as well. I got a massage here as well and it was delightful!

  The staff and the facility is amazing. The location is incredible but obviously at night it can be a little loud. Friday night was loud but I didn’t notice a thing Saturday. We were also right on the party street side! However no issues at all! Rooms were incredibly spacious!

  Bustling area with so much to do and yet it's so quiet when we are in our room we can sleep peacefully. So surprising that it felt like we went from a club outside to a quiet sanctuary.
