What I really appreciated was how the hotel sits on one of those classic narrow Old Quarter streets – you get the authentic maze-like feel, but it’s not on one of the main tourist drags where tour groups cluster. The building itself has this sort of modern-meets-traditional thing going on that actually works, unlike some places that try too hard.

Honestly, after staying at a few different spots around Hanoi, this one hits that sweet spot between being comfortable enough for parents to visit (good water pressure, reliable AC, decent breakfast spread) but still feeling connected to the city’s rhythm. The rooms aren’t huge – I mean, this is the Old Quarter, space is premium – but they’re thoughtfully laid out and you’re not here to hang out in your room anyway.   We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was notably clean and well-kept, and the amenities were a nice touch. The staff demonstrated excellent communication and thoughtfulness concerning our plans. They were very helpful in recommending local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options. The breakfast buffet was quite good and offered a delicious variety. The location is right in the center of Old Quarter, which is a huge convenience. We'll definitely stay again next time we visit Ha Noi.

  The facility was clean and the pictures were accurate. Lots of bookings I see are older pictures of facilities where everything is brand new. This one was true to the pictures and everything was clean for me.

  I love everything about this hotel. The manager Chloe and all staff was very helpfull even since before I arrived. The room is cleaning. I booked the room with balcony but the sound of crowd outside never bothering us while stay hêre. The location in middle Old Quarter so it's near to go everywhere. If i come to Hanoi again, I will stay here again for sure.

  The staff were friendly, kind, and so accommodating. We stayed until January 1st and the night before we left, they wrote us a letter sending us their best wishes for the new year with candy and a keychain included. We also appreciated the central location and how cute the hotel is.
  
  What could be improved: It’s a bit cramped in the rooms but if you’re only using it to sleep and out all day, it’s perfect.
