The building sits right in Cau Giay – you know, that area that’s sort of caught between the chaos of central Hanoi and the newer developments heading toward the airport. It’s actually perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it.

What struck me first was how the lobby doesn’t try too hard to impress you with marble and chandeliers (thank god). Instead, it’s clean and modern but still has that Vietnamese hospitality warmth. The staff genuinely seem to care about getting you settled – I mean, they walked me through the neighborhood basics without me even asking, pointing out the best bánh mì spot two blocks over and warning me about the morning traffic patterns. The apartments themselves are what really sold me though. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms with a mini-fridge shoved in the corner. You get proper living space with a kitchen that actually works – I’m talking full-sized appliances, decent counter space, the works. The beds are surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about this stuff), and the Wi-Fi doesn’t give up on you when you need it most.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the location gives you options. Walk fifteen minutes one way and you’re hitting some fantastic local restaurants where tourists rarely venture – there’s this incredible bún chả place that I still dream about. Head the other direction and you can catch a taxi or Grab to the Old Quarter without breaking the bank. The neighborhood itself has this lived-in feel where you’ll see office workers grabbing coffee at dawn and families out for evening walks. It’s not Instagram-perfect, but it’s real Hanoi life. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free too, which anyone who’s driven in this city will tell you is no small miracle. The building stays pretty quiet even though you’re in the middle of everything – good windows and solid walls, I guess. Just be aware that the area gets busy during rush hours, but honestly, where doesn’t in Hanoi? With an 8.9 rating, this place clearly knows what it’s doing, and after staying there, I get why people keep coming back.

  Nhân viên nhiệt tình, niềm nở. Phòng được dọn sạch sẽ mỗi ngày. Mọi tiện nghi đều đầy đủ (trừ gia vị và nước giặt, nhưng do không sử dụng nhà bếp và máy giặt nên mình cũng không quan tâm lắm). Phù hợp cho những người có nhiều nhu cầu hơn là chỉ đi du lịch và trở về ngủ như mình. Phòng tắm có bồn tắm và toilet thông minh.
  
  What could be improved: Cửa hay kêu píp píp dù đã khoá. Tuy nhiên chỉ là thông báo cho nhân viên chứ không phải điểm trừ.

  We asked few times for water but didn't get any.
  Also, you need to pay extra for cleaning the dishes, but you have no dish soap or sponge, so you end up paying for either one.
  The bad was ok, not that comfortable but we had here worse.
  The area is far from anything and it's very local, but cute with nice people. Although, when you want to go a little farther the road is really insane. And the drive to the main places is longer. There is a big supermarket tho, which is not an obvious thing in Hanoi.

  The flat was nice and at night the area was not noisy. There's a gym nearby and a few handful supermarkets
  
  What could be improved: The receptionists didn't speak a word of English. Everything had to be done by Google translator, which after a few days it becomes really stressful. I guess it's not their fault as very few people here speak English, but I feel like Booking should warn people that for a non-vietnamese speaker, staying at this hotel comes at a heavy price. At the time of check-in, they didn't accept any card,, only cash. Again, it doesn't seem fair to me that I wasn't told about this in advance. I had to look for a ATM machine late at night in that area without any help because of the language barrier.
  Also: the kitchen was poorly equipped and the shower didn't work well, I had to choose between very hot or very cold water, impossible to mix it.

  The location is great. there is a supermarket 3 minutes walk fro the apartment. The space of the room is fabolous. We definitely stay at this place agian whenever we go to the town.
