  What could be improved: We just landed and arrived late at night, but the previous guest hasn't checked out yet. We were supposed to check in at noon, so we don’t understand how the previous guest still hasn’t checked out by late at night. We're waiting for about 2 hours before we can enter the property. We’re very tired, and this situation is really disappointing.

  The French style room with high ceiling. The two double beds were comfortable. The alley was quite during night time. There is a boy living near by playing piano every afternoon and during Lunar New Year which makes the atmosphere very pleasant during our stay. The location is perfect for us. It closed by to Hoan Kiem lake, old quarter, book street…Plenty of restaurants, shops , and coffee shops nearby.
  
  What could be improved: The room located on the second floor of the old building. There is no lift. We had to carry our suitcases up to the room. However, the host offered help at the end of stay. He came and carried all the suitcases for us. The place would be perfect with some attention with cleaning. We found some dust on the bed head.

  Satu kamar cukup luas untuk berempat. Fasilitas ok, ada dapur, ketel listrik, rice cooker, kulkas, microwave dan kompor listrik. Alat makan dan panci2 juga tersedia. Pemanas air berjalan baik. Handuk dan alat mandi lengkap. Tapi tidak ada mesin cuci.
  
  What could be improved: Depan kamar cukup seram karena berantakan. Tapi kalo sudah masuk ok ok saja. Layanan laundry nya agak mahal dan tidak dilipat saat dikembalikan.

  Phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, có dép đi trong nhà, có bếp để nấu ăn, nhà tắm có sẵn sữa tắm và dầu gội. Vị trí dễ dàng đi lại giữa thủ đô. Chủ nhà thân thiện.
  
  What could be improved: Khoá cửa hơi bất tiện, vị trí các ổ cắm điện không được hợp lý lắm, vẫn may là có ổ cắm đầu giường.
