You know what surprised me most about Hi-Home Suites? It’s tucked inside the Vinhomes Metropolis complex, which honestly sounds way more intimidating than it actually is. When I first rolled up to 29 Liều Giai, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a serviced apartment situation, but this place gets the balance right between hotel service and having your own space.

The location is actually pretty brilliant if you know Hanoi at all. Ba Dinh district means you’re in the heart of things without being stuck in the Old Quarter chaos – and I mean that in the best way possible. You can walk to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum if you’re into that sort of thing, but more importantly, you’re close enough to grab proper pho without having to navigate tourist traps. The Metropolis complex itself is one of these modern developments that locals actually use, so there’s a grocery store downstairs and decent coffee shops that don’t automatically assume you want everything explained in English. The suites themselves feel more like temporary apartments than hotel rooms, which is either exactly what you want or completely wrong for your trip – depends on whether you’re the type who likes to spread out. I appreciated having a proper kitchenette, even though I’ll be honest, I mostly used it for keeping beer cold and making terrible instant coffee at weird hours. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t spend my first night wondering what I’d gotten myself into, and the wifi actually works, which… well, you know how that goes sometimes.

What really sold me on the place was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re basically in central Hanoi. The building has good soundproofing, and since it’s residential mixed with hotel, you don’t get that constant parade of drunk tourists in the hallways at 2 AM. Check-in was straightforward – no drama, no weird deposits, just the kind of efficient process that makes you think “okay, these people know what they’re doing.” The staff speaks English well enough that you won’t be playing charades to ask for extra towels, but they’re not hovering around trying to upsell you on tours every five minutes either. I’d definitely stay here again, especially for longer trips where you want some independence but don’t want to deal with the hassle of finding a proper apartment rental. It’s got that sweet spot pricing where you’re not wincing at every night’s cost, but you’re also not wondering what corners they cut to make it so cheap.

  The apartment was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of cozy touches that made it feel like home. I especially appreciated the great support from the hostess, who was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Her warm hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

  Everything went so smoothly. Not only once, not only twice but we booked 3 times here during our 1 month stay.
  The apartment is clean, if you are a clean freak you can ask for cleaning service! If you out of anything, the service will come within the day or early next morning.
  The staff also speaks English, so convenient!!

  The apartment space and having a washing machine and dryer available, Vincom mall was in the same building below us and a few minutes walk to lotte mall with more shops and restaurants. Alex was awesome in responding to any queries we had thank you and I’d definitely stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: On google maps 20+ mins drive to old quarter doesn’t seem too far but with the heat & travelling with fussy kids it felt like a mission.

  High floor with good view from balcony. Nice interior and has almost everything you need like water dispenser, fridge, cooking utensils, washing machine, tv and internet. Convenient located next to mall and with good security. Lift is not high speed lift but still acceptable. Door access by pin code. Cleanliness i would say is quite well. Furniture and setup are quite nice maintained. Customer service is good. I would think the price is on high side.
  
  What could be improved: The airport pick up was little messy.
  The management shall replace the water dispenser tank in advance as is emptied when we arrived.
  Transport may slightly difficult as we have to book many times to get grab service. Overall is ok.

  The apartment was spacious, clean and had two bathrooms. It as also really conveniently located next to a shopping mall and right next to the Green One UN House which is where I had to go for work. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and faced inwards – I was worried about the street noise – but I found it pretty quiet. I think if you were unlucky and got an apartment facing the street it would be much more noisy. Communication was good but check-in was a little tricky, once I got that sorted it was a very comfortable stay. I appreciated that I could pay by credit card at a time that was convenient. I slept so well in the bed, which isn't always the case! I would definitely recommend and stay again.
  
  What could be improved: As mentioned, check-in was not very smooth as the hosts did not send me the check-in details before I arrived. I was able to get help from my taxi driver to use his phone to contact the hosts. The listing and booking information is generic and may not apply to you (e.g. where the actual apartment is located – it could be one of 3 buildings). It would also be great to have some hand soap in the kitchen and both bathrooms, and a kitchen towel in the kitchen. But these are minor details and overall I had a great stay. I would also suggest to the hosts to have a bilingual 'recommendations' pamphlet or brochure for guests – this would be an added bonus and much appreciated for visitors who aren't familiar with Hanoi.

  the property is in a financial district of hanoi, very high end property with 2 bedrooms and 1 bedrooms.

  the property is clean, it got everything that we need and the location is good too. about 15 min from the old quarter. if you want to be away from the hustle bustle of old quarter but still want to be close to it this is the place.
