  Sau khi thanh toán thì chỗ nghỉ sẽ gửi mã checkin cho khách, theo đó thì khách tự checkin, lấy thẻ và lên phòng. Phòng ở tầng 7, gồm 03 phòng ngủ, 02 nhà vệ sinh, 01 phòng bếp và 01 phòng khách. Gia đình mình có thêm người đăng ký nhưng bạn quản lý hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, phụ thu không đáng kể luôn. Phòng ốc rộng rãi, thoáng mát, sạch sẽ, có cửa sổ, đầy đủ điều hòa nóng lạnh. Cơ bản thì mình thấy giống ảnh phòng đăng tải trên booking

  Tôi và chồng tôi đã đến nhận phòng lúc rất muộn (khoảng 12h đêm) nhưng các bạn chăm sóc khách hàng vẫn hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, phản hồi nhanh chóng đã tạo ấn tượng ban đầu rất tốt đối với tôi. Khi nhận căn hộ, tôi rất thích vì không gian rộng rãi, thoáng mát. Rất gần hồ Ba Mẫu. Chỉ 2 phút tôi đã có thể đi dạo ở công viên Thống Nhất. Chúng tôi đã có chuyến đi vui vẻ. Nhất định tôi sẽ giới thiệu thêm bạn, cảm ơn các bạn đã cung cấp dịch vụ tuyệt vời.

  Mình nhận phòng muộn nhưng các bạn support hỗ trơ vẫn rất nhiệt tình và kịp thời. Căn hộ là 1 không gian đầy đủ tiện nghi mà mình không thể dùng hết. Phòng được bố trí gọn gàng ngăn nắp và vô cùng sạch sẽ với mùi hương rất dễ chịu. Mình sẽ quay lại vào ngày gần nhất
