The rooms themselves feel thoughtfully designed – not fancy-fancy, but everything works and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the location is genius if you want to experience Hanoi like locals do. You’re a five-minute walk from the main Đào Tấn road where you can catch buses or grab a Grab, but you’re also surrounded by these incredible neighborhood eateries that most tourists never find. There’s a bún chả place two alleys over that had a line of office workers every lunch – always a good sign. And honestly, being in Ba Dinh district means you’re close to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and all that, but you’re also near Kim Mã market where actual families do their shopping. The staff seemed to get this balance too – they were helpful with directions and recommendations without being pushy about it. Check-in was smooth, no drama with early arrival, and they actually knew enough English to have real conversations about the neighborhood. You know what really sold me? Walking back one evening around 8 PM, I realized I felt completely comfortable navigating the alley even in the dark. The area feels safe and residential, not sketchy or too isolated. For a 4-star place with an 8.6 rating, it delivers exactly what you’d hope for – solid comfort in a location that gives you genuine Hanoi life instead of the sanitized hotel district experience.

  What could be improved: 1. Tv để làm cảnh thôi, ko có youtube, k có đầu truyền hình nên ko xem được gì cả.
  2. Nhà tắm thiếu nhiều đồ như cạo râu, lược. Đặc biệt là phòng mình cửa chớp nhà tắm lại quay ra hành lang, đây là điểm trừ rất lớn vì thiếu sự riêng tư.
