  Positive: really nice cozy space inside. Plenty of room. Everything you need to cook. Nice shower setup and plenty of hot water. Nice big smart TV. Two AC units although they are quite finicky.
  
  Negative: 5th floor with no elevator. Pillows were very hard, I ended up using a throw pillow from the couch. No blankets. Bed just had 1 sheet.
  
  If the pillows are replaced and blankets are provided I would rate this place a 9. It’s in a good quiet location but very walkable to everything. We liked it more than staying in the old quarter. The building looks a little rough from the outside but do not let it scare you because the apartment is beautiful inside. There’s two bottles of wine available for 399vnd.
