Parking is sorted if you’re renting a car, which isn’t always a given in Hanoi. The staff managing the property are responsive without being intrusive, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. I’d say this works particularly well if you’re planning to stay in Hanoi for a week or more, or if you’re traveling with family and need that extra space and flexibility. It’s not the cheapest option in the city, but the comfort level and practical amenities justify the rate – especially when you factor in having a proper kitchen and the ability to spread out a bit.
