The living spaces feel genuinely livable, not like someone just crammed hotel furniture into a slightly bigger room and called it an apartment. And you know what really caught my attention? The soundproofing is surprisingly solid. Hanoi can be… well, Hanoi gets loud, especially in the mornings with all the motorbike traffic, but inside these units it’s remarkably quiet. The staff genuinely seems to care too – they remember your name after day two, help with motorbike rentals without the usual runaround, that sort of thing.

Here’s the thing about the location that took me a while to appreciate: yeah, you’re not stumbling distance from the Old Quarter madness, but honestly that’s kind of perfect. You’re close enough to Lotte Tower and the newer expat hangouts if that’s your scene, walking distance to some excellent local coffee spots that tourists never find, and the street food situation on Linh Lang itself is actually pretty stellar. There’s this bánh mì lady who sets up right at the corner every morning – locals line up for her, which tells you everything. The area gets properly quiet at night too, which I didn’t expect given how central it is. Parking’s straightforward if you rent a bike, and getting taxis or Grab cars is never an issue. I’d probably book here again, which honestly isn’t something I say about most places in Hanoi – the combination of space, location that grows on you, and staff that actually gives a damn makes it worth the slightly higher price point.

  What could be improved: Booking and then being told that the apartment i booked was being renovated and then when I was going to say to cancel she said that I could stay there. The next day 1 hour 30 before I could check in she then texts to say that I can not check in due to revovations even though I was told it was ready the night before so I had to move to a different apartment. Overall it made my experience much more stressful then needed
