  Lovely little hotel, very well located and very quiet at the same time. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed. The team (James, Vicky, Lynn) were very welcoming, kind, and helpful. They also offer a number of services, including airport transfers for the same price as the cheapest Grab option (but with a nicer car). I´ll gladly come back if I´m ever in Hanoi again!

  Has nice clean, spacious rooms. In a really good location, can walk everywhere easily or hire a bike. All the staff were really lovely too.

  The stuff is very friendly and helpful! A very nice welcome fruit treat! The room is clean, has all the necessary facilities. Very quiet and dark at night. The hotel also has an elevator which is not very common for Old Quarter. Lots of places to eat nearby and close to Train Street and Hoan Kiem lake.
  
  What could be improved: The room doesn’t have a window and has no natural lighting, can be a problem to wake up in the morning. But it’s typical for Vietnamese houses and Old quarter properties.
