TSQ STAY Hotel Apartment Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first heard about TSQ STAY being on the 43rd floor of the Millennium Tower, I figured it’d be one of those sterile high-rise places that looks impressive but feels cold. Boy, was I wrong. The moment those elevator doors opened, you’re hit with this incredible panoramic view of Hanoi that honestly made me pause mid-conversation with my travel buddy. We’re talking about Ha Dong district here, which I know sounds less exciting than Old Quarter to tourists, but actually – this area’s become pretty hip lately, and being up that high means you get views stretching all the way to the Red River on clear days.
The apartment setup is what really sold me though. It’s not just hotel rooms with a kitchenette slapped in the corner (you know what I mean if you’ve stayed in those). These feel like actual apartments where someone put thought into the layout. The kitchen actually has counter space where you can prep food, and there’s a proper dining area where you don’t feel like you’re eating on your bed. I mean, the location on Quang Trung means you’re walking distance to some fantastic local spots – there’s this bánh mì place about two blocks down that locals line up for every morning around 7 AM, and honestly, watching the sunrise from your window while planning your food crawl is pretty perfect. What surprised me most was how quiet it stays up there, even though Ha Dong can get bustling during rush hour. The sound insulation is actually impressive.
Check-in was smooth – no weird paperwork delays or confusion about booking details that sometimes happens with apartment-style places. The staff seemed to genuinely know the neighborhood too, which matters more than you’d think. When I asked about getting to Dong Xuan Market, the front desk guy didn’t just say “take a taxi” but actually explained the bus route and mentioned which entrance to use to avoid the tourist crowds. That 9-star rating makes sense when you experience little touches like that. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevator can get busy during peak hours since it’s a mixed-use building, but honestly, when you’re staying somewhere with those kinds of views and that much space to spread out, waiting an extra few minutes doesn’t feel like a big deal. If you’re the type who wants to experience Hanoi like you actually live there for a week, rather than just passing through hotel lobbies, this place gets it right.

Friendly host and staff
Got extra towels and bagage storage without extra charge.
What could be improved: Location was a bit far from the buzzing 'centre', but a taxi ride was a good optionFl from United Kingdom – 21 April 2025 (9/10)
The location for my gathering. The size of the apartment and its modern and clean
What could be improved: I wish the bed linen and towel would be changed a bit more frequently.Wendy from New Zealand – 21 March 2025 (9/10)
Lovely apartment with stunning views.
What could be improved: Basic kitchen equipment. 1 bowl 1 plate 2 spoons and chopsticks.
Don’t book here if you want to cook dinners for yourself.
Even though we were on the 38th floor traffic noise was bad especially early in the mornings.Joana from Lithuania – 27 February 2025 (9/10)
Beautiful big and clean apartment with a nice view from 34th floor. Looks exactly like photos. There is a washing machine so you can wash laundry. The manager of room quickly responds to messages, and check in was also smooth. We loved staying there.
What could be improved: Location is not in a center, so to reach anything more popular youll need a taxi, also more far away from airport, so keep in mind that if after this youre leaving to airport.
Windows could be cleaner, and there could be more coffe, tea left in the room, also some basic seasoning and oil for cooking.
Pool of the appartment is kinda basic, so not expect to much, but it was working.Chophel from Vietnam – 9 January 2025 (9/10)

Sheila from Indonesia – 8 February 2024 (8/10)
The apartment is huge with 2 BR and 2 bathrooms. There is plenty of space for us to open luggage and relax on the sofabed. The Internet connection was great. TV works too. Complete kitchen utensils to make tea, coffee, and instant noodles. and others. Washing machine also available too. Stayed on a high floor with a balcony and you can view the streets. It is a nice complex and on the ground floor, there is a supermarket where you can buy stuff. It is like shown in the picture. It took around 30 mins by taxi/ grab to the old town area. My chat also responded to fast and easy check-out despite there being no receptionist officer in the building since we arrived late at night and left early in the morning.
What could be improved: I arrived at night and did not know that there would be no receptionist. A security officer helped us to check in. Make sure you have Google Translate ready. Payment can only be made in cash or QR code (but it seems it is only applicable to Vietnam bank accounts). Would be better if the payment could use a Credit Card or directly with booking.com for a more seamless process of check-in. An additional bath mat and rack/holder in the shower room would be great. Note that the snacks were not free as there was a price list. We did not check previously and consumed it directly after being convinced by the security staff that it was free, we forgot the fact that the English understanding is limited. It was only minor issues and nothing that made us disappointed though. Overall, I loved my stay at the apartment.
