The kitchen setup is legit too – not just some sad mini-fridge situation, but actual cooking space if you want to grab ingredients from the local markets (and trust me, the wet market just a few blocks over on Giang Vo is worth the early morning trip). What really works here is that you’re getting the residential neighborhood feel without sacrificing convenience. I could walk to the Lotte Tower area in about fifteen minutes, but when I came back in the evenings, it felt like stepping into actual Hanoi life rather than tourist-land.

The 9.4 rating honestly makes sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not flashy – the lobby area is pretty understated, almost office-building-like – but everything just works smoothly. Check-in was this refreshingly straightforward process, none of that overly formal hotel theater. The staff clearly knows the neighborhood well too, which you realize when they’re giving you directions that actually make sense instead of just pointing vaguely toward “the city center.” One thing I appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re on a main street. The building’s set back just enough, and honestly, Kim Mã isn’t one of those streets where motorbikes are revving until 2 AM anyway. Parking was surprisingly manageable too – I saw guests with scooters tucked away without the usual Hanoi parking drama. If you’re someone who wants to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just passing through, and you don’t need someone making your bed every single day, this setup really delivers. It’s got that sweet spot thing going where you’re close enough to walk to the main Ba Dinh attractions but far enough from the Old Quarter mayhem that you can actually think straight.

  Địa điểm trung tâm thuận tiện di chuyển, gần nhà các nhà hàng ăn uống và trung tâm thương mại. Toà nhà đầy đủ dịch vụ gym,bể bơi,cửa hàng siêu thị. Căn hộ đầy đủ điều hoà 2 chiều mùa đông ấm áp. Căn hộ có bồn tắm với đầy đủ nước ấm. Nhân viên hướng dẫn nhiệt tình check in dễ rất thoải mái. Hẹn gặp lại khi đến hà nội

  Địa điểm này rất gần với Lotte – nơi làm việc của tôi. Có trung tâm thương mại tại khu nghỉ dưỡng nên rất thuận tiện. Căn phòng của tôi được chuẩn bị sạch sẽ và gọn gàng, tôi rất hài lòng với nó.
