But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The building sits right at that intersection where Phạm Hùng meets Đỗ Đức Dục, and while it might sound like you’re stuck in traffic central, you’re actually in this sweet spot where everything feels accessible without the chaos of Old Quarter madness.

The apartments themselves feel like someone’s stylish home rather than a sterile hotel room – and I mean that in the best way. When you walk in, there’s this immediate sense of space that most Hanoi accommodations just can’t deliver. The kitchens are properly equipped (not just a mini-fridge and kettle situation), which honestly saved me a fortune since I could grab fresh ingredients from nearby markets instead of eating out every meal. The bedrooms are surprisingly quiet considering you’re on a major intersection – I was worried about traffic noise, but the windows do their job well. What really got me was the attention to detail in the bathrooms; they’ve got these rainfall showers that actually have decent water pressure, which… well, if you’ve stayed in budget places around Hanoi, you know that’s not always guaranteed.

The building itself has this modern residential vibe that locals seem to love – I’d see families coming and going, kids playing in the common areas, which gave it this authentic neighborhood feel rather than touristy isolation. The staff genuinely seem to care about the place, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. You know what really sold me though? The location puts you close enough to reach downtown in about 20 minutes by taxi, but you’re also near Keangnam Tower and those newer shopping areas if you want something more contemporary. There’s decent street food within walking distance, and the neighborhood has this lived-in quality where you can actually see how modern Hanoi works day-to-day. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout (tested it extensively while working from the apartment), and honestly, for the price point, you’re getting way more space and comfort than most hotels would offer. It’s not trying to be a luxury resort – it’s just a really well-executed place to stay that happens to nail the basics while giving you room to actually settle in and live a bit.

  Very friendly & helpful staffs, located near National Convention Centre, excellence for visitors who are attending the conference, walking distance approx. 10 mins to the convention centre, breakfast was good with noddle soup on demand,

  Great service apartment. Rented the place every time I’m back in Hanoi and they did not disappoint. Breakfast has decent selections, clean and most importantly air conditioned. Love that the cleaners mopped the apt floor everyday – squeaky clean!
