The serviced apartment setup is honestly perfect if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights. These guys have figured out that sweet spot between hotel service and actually having space to breathe. The kitchenette isn’t just for show either — there’s a proper fridge and cooking setup, which is clutch when you want to grab fresh ingredients from the local market instead of eating out every meal. Speaking of which, you’re maybe a five-minute walk from some incredible street food stalls that most visitors never find because they’re not marked in English. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained (you won’t be dealing with those paper-thin walls you get at some places), and the staff actually remembers your name after day one, which is rarer than you’d think.

What really sold me on this place was the attention to details that matter when you’re living somewhere, not just passing through. The Wi-Fi is genuinely fast — I was able to video call home without that awkward lag you usually get in Southeast Asia. The air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, so you can actually sleep with it on during Hanoi’s sticky summer months. And honestly, the location gives you the best of both worlds: you’re close enough to West Lake to take those postcard-worthy sunset walks, but far enough from the main drag that you’re not dealing with constant noise and crowds. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel where you’ll see families hanging out on stoops and kids playing in the alleys — it’s the kind of place where you start recognizing faces after a week. At an 8.8 rating, they’re clearly doing something right, and after staying there, I get it. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Hanoi, but it nails the things that actually make a difference when you’re settling in somewhere new.

  The room was equipped with essentials like crockeries and pots/ pans, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is very nice, and they made our stay very memorable. Location is good too, away from the hustle bustle of the Old Quarter, and there are plenty of fab cafes nearby, overlooking the lake!

  Excellent value for money. Big studio with big windows, daily cleaning, quiet area (comparing with old quarter), lots of surrounding cafes, supermarkets. Staff always nice as all Vietnamese people. Gym and 30' massage included. The location for me was perfect as this wasn't my first time in Hanoi. It's 15' away from Old Quarter by MotoGrab. I loved staying here.
