The fourth floor gets the best light in the afternoon, while the fifth floor – well, you’ll work for that view of the neighborhood’s tiled rooftops, but it’s worth every step. The decor strikes this perfect balance between modern comfort and Vietnamese touches without feeling like it’s trying too hard to be “authentic” for tourists.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking: the street gets delightfully quiet after 9 PM, but around 6 AM you’ll hear the neighborhood coming alive – vendors setting up, motorbikes puttering by, the occasional rooster that somehow survives in urban Hanoi. I actually grew to love it as my natural alarm clock. The Wi-Fi is solid (I worked from there for three days without issues), and there’s this tiny balcony space where you can drink morning coffee and watch the organized chaos of Vietnamese street life unfold below. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no lengthy forms or upselling, just genuine hospitality and helpful suggestions about everything from where to get the best phở to which streets to avoid during rush hour. The location puts you close enough to the Old Quarter that you can walk there in about fifteen minutes, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the tourist hustle when you just want to grab dinner or find a quiet café to read in.

  What could be improved: Impossible de dormir : travaux extrêmement bruyants dès 6h30 juste à côté de la chambre. L’hôte a proposé une autre chambre, tout aussi bruyante, sans vraie solution. Nous avions réservé pour trois nuits, mais avons dû partir après la première tant le bruit était insupportable.
  En plus, la chambre n’était préparée que pour 2 alors que nous étions 3, et il a fallu insister pour obtenir un simple drap housse. Aucune conciliation de l’hôte. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

  Căn hộ rộng rãi, hiện đại và được trang bị đầy đủ các tiện nghi cao cấp, từ điều hòa, wifi tốc độ cao cho đến thiết bị nhà bếp. Không gian rất thoải mái và thích hợp cho gia đình, đặc biệt là với hai giường rộng rãi, giường êm ái và nội thất sang trọng.
  Vị trí căn hộ rất thuận tiện, chỉ cách các điểm tham quan nổi tiếng và các khu ăn uống, mua sắm một quãng ngắn. Khu vực này rất an toàn và yên tĩnh, tạo cảm giác thư giãn cho mọi người.
  Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ chúng tôi trong suốt thời gian lưu trú, từ việc cung cấp thông tin về khu vực đến việc giúp đỡ khi cần thiết. Chắc chắn chúng tôi sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp đến Hà Nội lần nữa!

  I had the chance to experience this apartment and was genuinely impressed. It features a modern design, high-end furnishings, and tasteful decor throughout. The layout is practical with open space, lots of natural light, and a cozy atmosphere that feels inviting right from the entrance.
  It offers excellent access to major landmarks like West Lake, the Old Quarter, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and is surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants.

  Quiet bedroom with good sound insulation – ideal for long-term living or as a city retreat.

  I had a fantastic experience staying at this new serviced apartment on Hàng Bún Street. The room was spotless, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated — everything looked brand new! I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, modern amenities, and quiet atmosphere.
  
  The location is excellent: just a short walk to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and around 10 minutes to the Old Quarter. Very convenient if you want to explore the city by foot.
  
  The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay — always available and eager to assist. I felt very welcomed.
  
  Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Hanoi. Great value, great location, and amazing service. I’ll definitely come back!

  Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời kéo dài 1 tuần tại Wisteria. Căn hộ không chỉ có vị trí lý tưởng – gần trung tâm, dễ dàng di chuyển đến khu phố cổ, Hồ Tây hay các địa điểm ăn uống nổi tiếng – mà còn được thiết kế rất hiện đại và tiện nghi.
  
  Nội thất sang trọng, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ các tiện ích như máy giặt, bếp nấu, điều hòa, và cả ban công thoáng mát nhìn ra phố. Tôi đặc biệt ấn tượng với không gian yên tĩnh và riêng tư, giúp tôi hoàn toàn thư giãn sau những ngày làm việc căng thẳng.
