I stayed at the Panorama green view studio on Au Co Street last month, and honestly, it’s one of those spots that feels like a local secret even though it’s right there in Tay Ho district.

The studio itself is compact but smartly laid out – I mean, they’ve really maximized every corner without making it feel cramped. What I loved most was waking up to that view of West Lake through the big windows. Au Co runs right along the waterfront here, so you’re getting lake breezes and this surprisingly peaceful vibe despite being on a main road. The traffic noise isn’t too bad actually, especially if you’re used to city sounds, and it dies down considerably after 10 PM. Check-in was smooth – the staff speak decent English and they’re genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. They actually gave me solid recommendations for the morning coffee spots nearby (there’s this tiny place about 200 meters toward the lake that locals hit up before work).

What really sets this place apart is the location specifics that you don’t get from looking at a map. You’re walking distance to some of Tay Ho’s best kept secrets – those little lakeside cafes that aren’t overrun with tourists yet, and honestly, the sunset views from the nearby promenade are incredible. I’d head out around 5:30 PM and just wander. The neighborhood has this residential feel during the day, then comes alive in the evenings with families out for walks and couples on motorbikes stopping for street food. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re renting a car, but motorbike parking is no problem, and there are always xe om drivers hanging around if you need a quick ride somewhere. The studio has good AC (crucial in summer), reliable wifi, and a little kitchenette that’s perfect for making morning coffee or storing those late-night banh mi runs. One small thing – the shower pressure could be stronger, but the water stays hot and the bathroom is clean. For the price point and that killer view, it’s honestly a steal. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to experience Hanoi like a local rather than being stuck in the Old Quarter tourist bubble.

  Apartament położony w dobrym miescu ,najlepiej mieć swój skuter ,ale nie daleko są przystanki autobusowe w tym linia ekspresowa na lotnisko więc można tanio i szybko dojechać.Kolejną zaletą jest cisza-jak na Hanoi to jest cicho,dobry widok z balkonu na pola..Apartament w pełni wyposażony,lodówka,kuchnia ,szafy, wygodne lóżko,klimatyzacja. w piwnicy jest pralka i suszarka,winda,ogrodzony i zamykany teren, bezpieczne miejsce na skuter.W okolicy 5 minut skuterem targ warzywno-owocowy oraz w innym miejscu ogromna giełda kwiatów..Polecam ten obiekt zdecydowanie każdemu kto chce odpoczac w ciszy i spokoju – dodatkowo apartament suchy i bez wilgoci.

  What could be improved: – [ ] gossipping, the owner and the family living at 1st floor are not that friendly, I do not see the owner often but I met an uncle several times and they sneak around and complain if you ever made any crazy things without re-confirming it. Once I was out since early morning then coming back at noon and they started to ask me what did I do in the time I was not there and both the uncle and the old lady blamed me for weird sound that happened when I was away and I did not even knew about. And other time, because I stay in 2nd floor and the window was opened so I heard they bad-mouthing about the customer staying there, nosy into others business

  Господарь дуже доброзичливий та уважний до наших потреб, номер чистий , світлий та просторий . Кухонні прилади в наявності , сучасна мікрохвильова піч, новий холодильник, простора шафа та зручні меблі . Ванна кімната бездоганна та з новою сантехнікою . Балкон з чудовою панорамою на ботанічний сад та ліворуч видно дуже гарний міст з різнокольоровою підсвічуванням . Звукоізоляція номеру вище всіх похвал . Дуже рекомендую для тривалої спокійної зупинки у столиці В'єтнаму .

  Chỗ nghỉ siêu sạch sẽ và tiện nghi đầy đủ. Đặc biệt có thể nấu ăn được . Highly recommend nhé . Với giá phòng như thế này thì quá tốt cho chất lượng.
