  Was very cheap and cheerful. Quiet & even though the mattress was very hard we slept very well.
  
  What could be improved: The reviews and booking.com info was misleading. There is no breakfast despite many reviews saying it had an exceptional breakfast. The airport shuttle is 30 mins away on foot. They book you an airport taxi on request for $20 .

  Very clean , good location, friendly staff and delicious breakfast! All staff at reception and breakfast were very professional and were attentive to all our needs. I want to thank them very much for providing us with a lot of information about Hanoi. Rooms were neat and spacious with a balcony.

  My wife and I always book here when we stay in Hanoi.
  The reasons we always return to this hotel are the excellent friendly service, excellent breakfast and the very comfortable rooms.
  The hotel helps to facilitate airport transfers at a reasonable price. When we return to Hanoi we will be sure to book here again, and I already know our next visit will be luxurious and very enjoyable.
