  Really nice hotel tucked away just off the main road. Welcoming staff, great sized room with nice furnishings and fittings. Included airport transfer was a real bonus, and the included breakfast was well provisioned, served on the rooftop terrace. Well positioned in the midst of everything but because of being off the main thoroughfare it was surprisingly quiet. I'll certainly look to return if I visit Hanoi again.

  Excellent location within walking distance of all the various sites. Right from our arrival and being met with a tray of tea, we were made very welcome. Very friendly helpful staff, particularly Harry who suggested several hidden secrets, including the original egg coffee House (a real experience). Great choice of breakfast on the roof! Housekeeping staff outstanding and cleaned our room daily to a high standard. Spacious room with a lovely shower. What more can we say – would recommend without hesitation.
  
  What could be improved: A couple of minor niggles – water leaks under the shower door into the bathroom. The bracket for the shower head needs another screw in it.

  What could be improved: Ensure your booked taxi goes to the correct part of the airport. All foreigners don’t go to International. We needed domestic – last minute shuttle bus so just got to gate in time!
