The lobby isn’t trying too hard to impress — it’s got this clean, modern vibe without being sterile, and the staff actually remembered my name by day two (which, let’s be real, doesn’t happen everywhere).

The location on Mai Hac De street is what really sold me though. I mean, you’re in Hai Ba Trung district, so you’re getting that authentic Hanoi neighborhood feel without being stuck in the tourist madness of the Old Quarter. There’s this incredible banh mi place literally two blocks away that I stumbled across on my morning coffee run — the kind of spot where locals line up at 7 AM and it’s sold out by noon. The hotel’s about a fifteen-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake if you want to hit the main sights, but honestly, some of my best memories were just wandering the smaller streets around here. You’ll find family-run pho joints, tiny cafes where old men play chess, and these little shops selling everything from fresh herbs to motorcycle parts. It’s the real Hanoi, you know?

What actually impressed me most was how they handled the details. The rooms are spotless — and I’m talking about the kind of clean where you can walk barefoot on the bathroom tiles without thinking twice about it. The AC works properly (crucial in Hanoi’s humidity), and the beds are firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you slept in a hammock. They’ve got this great little breakfast setup too, nothing fancy but solid Vietnamese coffee and fresh fruit that actually tastes like something. The Wi-Fi is fast enough for video calls, which saved me during a work emergency. And here’s something you don’t always get — the walls are thick enough that you won’t hear every conversation from the hallway or the room next door. I’m a light sleeper, so trust me on this one. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevator can be a bit slow during busy times, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for boutique places in this price range. With a 9.4 rating, they’re clearly doing something right, and after staying there myself, I get it completely.

  We loved that this property was in a quieter location than the busy old town yet close to shops, restaurants, bars and about a 20min walk to the touristy centre. The property was clean, beautiful big rooms, kitchenette if required, great flat screen tv, good shower! The opportunity to do laundry was also excellent. We didn’t get the name of the gentleman who is always at the front desk, welcoming us always with a smile, helping us with our bags and laundry! He made the apartment building feel more like a home and we loved that! Thank you

  This hotel is absoluty amazing! It is very clean, spacious and the beds are wonderfull, really soft and comfortable! Best bed we had in Vietnam so far (and we have been here for a month). The staff is also really sweet and welcoming. Loved it! Location is not really near the typical tourist place (old quarter) but the location is still good, lots of facilities.

  The building is located outside of the city centre which gives you the opportunity to get a good rest after the whole day of exploring. I felt safe in the area day and night.
  The apartment itself was clean and I had all the necessary facilities. Even a kitchen area, which I didn’t use though. Hot water was not a problem.
  I got all the instructions via WhatsApp and the communication was easy. The security guard was also very helpful.

  we just spent a week there. It was a wonderful stay, the apartment was fantastic and spotless. the security guard is so very helpful and friendly,wonderful man. Free washing machine and Dryer.
