Full kitchen with decent appliances, which was huge for me since I get tired of restaurant food after a few days. The living spaces are actually livable – not just a couch shoved against a wall for photos. I mean, the decor is pretty safe and corporate, but you’re here for the functionality, right? What impressed me was the little stuff: good water pressure, reliable wifi (I was working remotely), and the AC that doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no drama, just handed me the keys and a folder with actually useful neighborhood info, not just tourist trap recommendations.

Staff-wise, they’ve got this approach where they’re helpful without being hovering. The front desk team speaks solid English, but more importantly, they know the area. When I asked about getting to Noi Bai airport early morning, they didn’t just say “take a taxi” – they explained the bus route, timing, and which entrance to use. Parking’s available if you’re brave enough to drive in Hanoi (I wasn’t), and there’s a decent gym and pool situation, though nothing Instagram-worthy. The pool area actually gets nice afternoon light, which was perfect for unwinding after walking around the city all day. One small thing – the elevators can be slow during busy times, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for buildings this size in Hanoi. Overall, it’s the kind of place where you settle in and feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it.
