  The room is pretty cosy, we had everything we needed here and it was pretty comfortable. The staff is polite.
  
  What could be improved: There was one cockroach in the bathroom but it probably sneaked from outside, it's not that surprising that it can happen no matter how clean the place is.
  The room has some soundproofing because we could not hear any noise from the outside but it was a bit annoying that a lot of noise could be heard from corridor at 8 am when staff started cleaning the rooms.
  One morning we had to wait a lot for breakfast, even for the menu and then for ordering. Then waiter forgot order for coffee. Maybe it was just a bad day for the waiter but he seemed very confused.

  The location is perfect, right by the lake and surrounded by restaurants, cafe and bars. The stuffs are friendly and helping especially Miss Mingyue(moon) at reception.

  Location is perfect, in the buzzing old quarter, but still quiet in the room.
  À la carte breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options.
  I would stay here again and totally recommend it to other travelers.

  A Fantastic Stay
  
  I spent a week at this hotel and it was absolutely wonderful! I stayed in the Junior Suite and it was a fantastic experience. The room was beautiful!
  I would like to give a big shout out to Jacki the manager, he was fantastic! Even before my trip he was so friendly and helpful and gave me tips on what to do in Hanoi and the surrounding area. Jacki and his team were so friendly and accommodating the whole time and were always there for me if I needed anything.
  
  I felt completely comfortable and safe during my time here and I am very grateful for that. The breakfast was also excellent – with a good selection of à la carte dishes and very attentive, friendly staff.
  
  The hotel is located right in the heart of the old town, so you can easily explore all the sights on foot. However, it's good to know that the area is very lively and therefore noisy. For me, that was part of the authentic experience.

  Great hotel at the center of Hanoi. Rooms are not very big but clean and cozy. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Good breakfast. You can also book transfers and tours through hotel.

  What could be improved: The space is well-maintained and offers a pleasant atmosphere, though the room itself is quite small and may feel a bit confined. Lift can only fit in 3-4 people.
