I stayed in a two-bedroom unit that felt more spacious than most Hanoi hotels could ever dream of being. The kitchen actually works (you know how rare that is in serviced apartments), complete with a proper fridge and cooking facilities that you’ll actually want to use. The furniture is modern without being sterile, and there’s enough storage space that you can properly unpack even for longer stays.

The building amenities are where you really feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. There’s a decent gym that’s not just a couple of treadmills thrown in a corner, plus a swimming pool that’s perfect for Hanoi’s humid summers. The building management is surprisingly responsive — I had a minor issue with the air conditioning and someone was up to fix it within an hour. What’s nice is that you get hotel-style housekeeping but with the independence of having your own space. The WiFi is solid throughout, which matters when you’re trying to work or stay connected with home.

Honestly, it comes down to space and location — two things that are hard to find together in Hanoi.   Location was right above the Vincom shopping mall with lots of great restaurants. Apartment was really spacious and had hot and cold drinking water. The host was accommodating when we arrived very late at night.
  
  What could be improved: Overall, the apartment was not very clean. Socks got dark soles after walking in the apartment without sleepers. Towels were also quite old and dirty. There were no hand towels, only bath towels. Even cups and dishes needed an extra wash before using. The entire place needs a good cleanup and better maintenance.
