The suites themselves are spacious in a way that’s rare for Hanoi hotels, with these big windows that actually open (thank goodness, because sometimes you want real air, not just AC). The beds are properly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – and the bathrooms have those rainfall showerheads that actually work well, unlike some places where it’s just for show. I loved that they have a small kitchenette area too, which came in handy when I wanted to store some of those incredible dragonfruit I kept buying at the weekend market nearby.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to experience Hanoi like a local rather than just hitting the tourist spots. You’re a quick walk to all those lakeside restaurants where expats hang out, but you’re also close enough to the Old Quarter that a taxi doesn’t cost much when you want to dive into the chaos. I stayed during the shoulder season in November, and the rooftop area was this peaceful little escape where I’d sit with Vietnamese coffee in the mornings – you can see across the neighborhood rooftops and catch glimpses of the lake through the trees. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving before 6 PM because the evening traffic around Tay Ho can be pretty intense. The only minor thing is that the WiFi gets a bit sluggish during peak hours, but honestly, that almost felt like a feature rather than a bug – it forced me to actually look up from my laptop and enjoy where I was. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a real retreat in Hanoi without being completely isolated from the action, this is it.

  What could be improved: Language was a big problem. 80% of people doesn't understand english. Any ways in whole Hanoi it was like it. Some people try to communicate with google translator. Be sure you have translators on while communicating.

  Big space for reasonable price, good for family stay. Interior design was so nice. Modern house with automatic toilet bowl. Nice view facing the west lake.
  
  What could be improved: Only the location a bit far from the center of tourist area. If u want peace then this is it. Hopefully they will serve breakfast too like pack breakfast.

  The apartment was exceptionally designed, combining elegance with comfort. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, made us feel like we were staying in a high-end resort. The space was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly well-maintained.
  
  All the amenities provided were top-notch—fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, premium toiletries, smart TV, and even a washing machine. Everything we needed for a comfortable, extended stay was available, and more.
  
  What really stood out was the value for money. For the quality and comfort offered, the price was unbelievably affordable. It felt like we were being welcomed into royalty at budget rates—a rare find anywhere, let alone in a bustling city like Hanoi.
  
  I noticed some negative reviews about the elderly people exercising near the garden, but in my experience, they were absolutely respectful and full of life. They weren’t noisy at all—in fact, it was inspiring to see how healthy and active they are. If you truly want to enjoy your stay and embrace the local culture, this adds to the charm. I genuinely loved my overall stay here!
  
  In short, Luxe Paradise Suites is a hidden gem. If you're looking for a luxurious yet budget-friendly stay in Hanoi, this place is an absolute must. It's welcoming, lavish, and truly worth every penny.

  The house is very very beauriful!! It has all the facilities and is beautifully maintained. Only suggestion is it would be good if they can also provide laundry detergent because as tourists it is tough to find small packets easily. They can keep sachets and may keep them chargeable.
